I disagree with some aspects of it. First of all two weapon fighting style doesn't impact hand crossbows. You get proficiency added to hand crossbows even without it. This may be intentional as twf style in DnD applies only to melee weapons. Might as well just grab dueling and use a shield for a +2 AC, even when you don't have the shield out.
