The orchard is situated on the top of a mountain, providing visitors with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The orchard has been in operation since 1912 and has been passed down through five generations of the Chiles family.Thanks to the Chiles family, who began producing their sweet peaches in 1912 when Henry Chiles and John Montague began planting both apples and peaches in and around Crozet, our region has access to the fresh fruit.
