One weird thing I’ve found: if you connect your iPhone via CarPlay in the 2021 and switch to the “Media” screen in the Jeep, it will stay connected and play music. Turn on the ignition and also the Uconnect system. Long press the volume knob or power button until the screen goes blank, and wait for the system to restart ( this should take about 30 seconds) Once the system fully restarts, try reconnecting your CarPlay.
