Nolin Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (RECC), established in 1938, is an electric utility company serving 35,000 member-owners in Central Kentucky. Based in Radcliff, Kentucky, Nolin RECC provides reliable electricity to its members and offers various services such as bill payment, starting service, and other business transactions. In 2022, Nolin retired $5.5 million of previously allocated capital credits for the years 1995, 1998, 2003 and 2021 as well as $1.2 million in East Kentucky Power capital credits from 1976, 1981 and 1982. In 2023, Nolin is pleased to be retiring just over $2.3 million of previously allocated capital credits for the years 1996, 2015, 2016 and 2017.2. The Applicant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Nolin RECC from any claims of others who may come forward in the future and claim they are entitled to these capital credits. Such indemnification shall include the payment of all Court costs, attorney’s fees and any other expense incurred by Nolin RECC in the event of such a claim.Nolin RECC.
