This is my Second Vizio after my OLED Vizio cracked from the inside (found a picture of a crack in the 55 Vizio oled in a Best Buy review in the exact same place as mine) after warranty expired. Some people online use a term called thermal cracks. Anyway, the update sucks, the UI sucks, and Vizio sucks.
