Received message about loyalty discount, but told it’s not available on my account. I received a text message today about the $25 per month loyalty discount. I contacted Verizon, but was told that the offer is not available on my account. The rep said the text was a generic message sent to everyone, but not everyone could get the discount. Online it says not available with other discounts but chat and phone rep both stated it would stack resulting in a $25 monthly credit for one line. Confirmed: Does NOT stack.
